The McLaren Technology Center is one of the most iconic buildings in the Automotive world. The McLaren GTS Signature Collection pays homage to this, filling the Japan-exclusive interior with stitched, engraved and illuminated stylisations of the building's architecture. To highlight this, Q3D Studios was tasked with producing a series of images that show off the Signature Collections' unique features in an MTC inspired environment.

One of the more complex tasks was recreating the stitching patterns on the headrest and door panels in a realistic style. This project had a short deadline and required quick reactions to last minute design changes, which proved the necessity of creating a procedural (Houdini) pipeline to achieve this.
